01 / Key Features

Six core capabilities, explained one by one

Route selection, privacy, multiple devices, AI tools, streaming and after-sales support: six capabilities, each tied to a specific problem. Every section states what the service does and when it applies, with no filler adjectives.

Peak-hour speed

Most of the difference between cross-border routes shows up between 20:00 and 24:00. During those hours international outbound bandwidth is heavily shared, and ordinary transit routes start to queue and jitter. VPNFH splits frequently used destinations into three route classes: IEPL dedicated routes run on a separate channel, transit routes avoid congestion, and direct routes are kept for latency-sensitive real-time use. Every route in the client is labelled with its type, so you can pick by purpose instead of running speed tests over and over. Coverage spans 90+ countries and 160+ routes, and popular regions have several backups — when one route is busy, switching to another in the same group keeps you going.

02 / Global Routes

Global routes and routing rules

90+ countries and 160+ routes, grouped into Asia-Pacific, North America and Europe. Every route in the client is labelled with its type and purpose, so you can pick by destination.

Choosing between the three route types

IEPL dedicated routes run on a separate channel and fluctuate least at peak hours — a good fit for long AI conversations, 4K streaming and cross-border meetings, at the highest unit price, so they are concentrated in popular regions. Transit routes land through a third location and cover the widest range of countries; latency is slightly higher than dedicated but bandwidth is plentiful, which suits everyday browsing, file sync and short video. Direct routes exit straight into the target region with the lowest latency, which suits latency-sensitive work, though peak hours can be affected by local outbound bandwidth.

By destination: for North American services, prefer Los Angeles or San Jose; for Hong Kong and Taiwan libraries, choose Hong Kong Chai Wan; for Japanese and Korean streaming, Tokyo or Seoul; for European services, Frankfurt or London. Each route is labelled by purpose in the client — when unsure, filter by purpose first, then pick the lower-latency route in that group.

The route status shown above is reported by the client and lists the region, type, latency and bandwidth of currently available routes. It is re-collected on every refresh and is only a guide for choosing a route. Real-world experience also depends on your local ISP, access method and time of day, so run a full test during the 7-day refund window before committing.

03 / Clients

Five platforms, one subscription

Clients for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux are all available and share the same account and the same subscription. Subscriptions are retrieved from the user panel after logging in; the marketing pages do not offer direct installer links.

Windows Log in to get the client and subscription Get the client
macOS Log in to get the client and subscription Get the client
iOS Log in to get the client and subscription Get the client
Android Log in to get the client and subscription Get the client
Linux Log in to get the client and subscription Get the client

The five clients are functionally identical: route groups, routing rules, connection status and traffic stats are all there, and the only differences are how each integrates with its system. Windows and macOS support launch at startup and system proxy takeover; iOS and Android use system-level configuration and reconnect automatically after a network change; Linux offers both command-line and graphical entry points, which suits an always-on machine.

Subscriptions and installers are all obtained from the download page in the user panel — log in and the entry for your platform appears. The marketing pages do not link directly to installers. One subscription can be imported on any number of devices, and a new device needs no new purchase. If you plan to do whole-home routing on a router, confirm the routes work on a computer first and then import the subscription into the router; it saves a lot of dead ends. See the setup guide for the exact steps.

04 / Plans

Three monthly plans and data packs

Monthly plans reset traffic each month; data packs are used until they run out and never expire. The two billing models can be combined, and routes, device limits and refund terms are identical.

Which plan to pick

¥9.9/month with 60GB suits one person's everyday use. Counting web browsing, social apps, music and the occasional video, 60GB covers light to moderate use for a month. If the phone is mostly for short video, start on the entry plan for a month, watch actual consumption, then decide whether to upgrade.

¥18/month with 250GB suits streaming-heavy use. HD playback burns far more per hour than browsing, so 250GB is comfortable for one person watching a lot of video, with room left for everyday browsing. This is also the plan most households choose.

¥28/month with 500GB suits several people sharing or long unattended downloads. Because devices are unlimited, several devices at home online at once are still counted once per account, and 500GB leaves plenty of headroom.

How data packs relate to monthly plans

There are three data packs: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB, used until they run out and never expiring. Data packs suit irregular usage — a business trip, a holiday or a short project that uses a lot for a while, with the remainder carried into next month instead of being wiped at month end. Data packs and monthly plans can coexist, and the client consumes whichever expires first.

Traffic resets monthly on your activation date, not on the calendar month; when you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by remaining days. Payment methods are Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT.

05 / Positioning

Why choose VPNFH

In cross-border network acceleration, every provider reaches for the same vocabulary. VPNFH states plainly what can be checked, and leaves blank what cannot be promised.

Transparent billing

The price and data allowance of all three monthly plans are listed plan by plan on the plans page, and data packs are priced separately and never expire. Traffic resets monthly on your activation date, mid-cycle upgrades are prorated by remaining days, and the rules sit in the terms rather than behind a collapsed panel.

A low barrier to entry

No email address — a username and password are enough to register. One less field means one less verification code to wait for and one less email to lose. Registration drops you straight into the user panel, where choosing a plan, viewing your subscription and downloading the client all happen in one place.

A clear privacy position

No logs. This sits in the privacy policy as part of the terms of service, not as a marketing line. On the account side only the minimum information needed to register is kept, and traffic counters are aggregated per account rather than tied to specific destinations.

Refund terms up front

A 7-day refund, no questions asked. The window sits after payment because the real experience of a cross-border route depends on your local ISP, the time of day and the destination — only by actually connecting can you judge whether it fits. The terms are on the page; there is no need to ask support first.

Mainstream payment methods

Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT all work for subscription payments. No credit card is needed to complete an order, and there is no extra intermediary step.

One set of clients

Clients on all five platforms and the subscription are managed by the same account system; route groups and routing rules are visible directly in the client and do not depend on third-party tools bolted together. Clients and subscriptions come from the user panel, and version updates use the same entry point.

All six points above can be checked on their own pages across the site. Marketing copy can always be made to sound better, but facts you can verify are more useful.

06 / FAQ

FAQ at a glance

Five kinds of question — data, registration, devices, payment and troubleshooting — answered with the conclusion first, no detours.

How does plan data reset?

Traffic resets monthly on your activation date, not on the calendar month. Sign up on the 12th and the next reset is the 12th of the following month. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by remaining days and data already used counts against the new allowance.

Do I need an email address to register?

No. A username and password are enough, and registration takes you straight into the user panel, where choosing a plan, viewing your subscription and downloading the client all happen in one place. There is no email verification step on the site.

Do I have to buy again when I change devices?

No. One subscription supports any number of devices, and clients on all five platforms share the same account. On a new device, just log in and import the subscription — the old device does not need to be signed out first. Traffic is counted per account, so several devices online at once do not consume extra data.

Which payment methods are supported?

Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT all work for subscription payments. Monthly plans and data packs use the same payment entry; after ordering, follow the prompts in the panel.

What if a route will not connect?

First switch to another route in the same group in the client — most cases are a single route being temporarily congested. If the whole group is unavailable, check whether your local network can reach international sites normally, then confirm the subscription has not expired. If it is still unresolved, open a ticket in the user panel with the route name and error message shown in the client, and it will be handled much faster.
